We ship to the United States and Canada. Note that the Monten soda products sold on this website are specifically manufactured for these countries and are not compatible with gas cylinders in other territories. Are taxes included in the cost of my purchase? Yes. Taxes are included in the price you pay. When will my order be shipped? Your order will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12pm EST.

If your order is placed after 12pm EST, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days from the date you place the order.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly. My tracking doesn’t seem to be working. Sorry about that! In some cases, the carrier will take 1-2 business days to register the shipment status for your order.
If your tracking number still isn’t updating or working at all, please contact customer support via the details below with your order number. General Shipping Information Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from our third party delivery partner with a link to track your order. Please also check your spam folder and contact us via the details below if you have not received the order within 6-10 days. Shipping Costs Standard delivery is free for orders over $180 USD. Express delivery may be available at an extra cost, please check the available options at checkout. Delivery times The estimated delivery times will be based on shipping method selected at checkout. With standard shipping, estimated delivery is within 1-5 business days.
